Porsche Cars North America, Inc. (PCNA)’s sales for the month of April have gone up by 2.2 percent versus transactions from the same time last year. The auto group sold 5,529 vehicles, and year-to-date, sales have risen by 3.4 percent over 2017 with 18,247 vehicles sold.

Panamera sales for the month finished at 1,098 deliveries, and it was only the model’s first full month on the market. Boxster deliveries also stood out at 319, a 42.4 percent gain over last year.

"We are pleased to see such a strong start for our new Panamera, surpassing the 1,000 unit per month mark for the first time ever," remarked Klaus Zellmer, President and Chief Executive Officer of PCNA. "April is always a strong month for Porsche, and 2017 is no different.”
