Exterior Design

The 2025 Porsche Cayenne features subtle exterior changes, but they help add a bit more toughness to the athletic crossover's frame. More squared grille openings and a bolder contour around the headlights make the newest Cayenne look more aggressive than ever. You'll even have a choice of 20- or 21-inch wheels to further set your style apart from the rest in Cullman.

Features like the four-point LED headlights and lower grille openings remain from the last generation and are becoming Porsche signatures in this era. In addition, the simple Porsche curves remain staples of the body overall, leaving no questions as to the identity of this Stuttgart product.

Interior Design

Inside you'll find more striking changes to the 2025 Porsche Cayenne. The dash is dominated by a trio of screens that are a stark departure from the stately elegance of Porsche's previous designs. Keen Porsche fans will also note the new steering wheel, which is heavily influenced by the 911 sports car and helps tie the Cayenne to the brand's overall heritage. In addition, the shifter moves from the center console to the dash to make room for a storage area and improved ergonomics for the switchgear you reach for most often.

The layout remains clean and composed, with a widescreen display stretched from the center of the dash to the passenger door (more on that later). And thanks to the simplified layout of the dash displays and center stack, you get a more spacious footwell and some additional pockets to store your valuables.

Performance

The 2025 Porsche Cayenne also gets a performance bump across the board, giving each model more grunt than its previous generation. For the base Cayenne that means a 3.0-liter V6 that makes 348 horsepower rather than 335. Meanwhile, the Cayenne S gets its power from a twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8 churning out 468 horsepower. And for an even quicker Porsche Cayenne experience, the revived Cayenne GTS utilizes a twin-turbo V8 to chuck down 493 fine German horsepower.

All-wheel drive, selectable drive modes, and Porsche's PDK dual-clutch automatic transmission all remain for the 2025 model year, helping keep that classic Porsche performance even as tech and comfort reach for new heights. And with the reintroduced GTS, you'll get two-valve Porsche Active Suspension Management and dual-chamber shocks to further tune handling and ride quality on your next Tuscaloosa drive.

Technology

With three screens on the dash, it's hard to imagine anything that's not included in the 2025 Porsche Cayenne formula. The central display is still the main interface, and now features wireless versions of Apple CarPlay and Android Auto to aid in easing connectivity. Furthermore, the passenger now gets a dedicated 10.9-inch display that can be used for gaming, seat and HVAC controls, and streaming video. And with a built-in perspective shade, it's not distracting or hazardous to the driver as, from that angle, the screen will appear nearly black. Finally, the instrument cluster is now fully digital and offers a map view along with performance and media screens to help you keep track of data as you drive.

Of course, you'll also have remote access to your 2025 Porsche Cayenne while you're away via the My Porsche app. Here you can control door locks, engine start, and HVAC settings to allow for package delivery or pickup, and ensure your cabin comfort before you ever set foot inside.

Safety

A suite of standard safety features now graces the 2025 Porsche Cayenne. Standard forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, and both front and rear parking sensors help make the 2025 Porsche Cayenne as safe as it's ever been. And with available add-ons like adaptive cruise control, lane centering, and blind spot monitoring, you can have complete protection each time you go for a drive.
